Erika has more than 20 years of planning and operational management experience with emphasis in economic development, affordable housing, and transit. She currently serves as Keolis’ VP of Operations for the West Region. Prior to joining Keolis in 2020, she served in a variety of transit leadership roles culminating as Mountain Line’s second CEO and General Manager. She is a graduate of APTA Leadership program and serves as Vice Chair for the APTA Legislative Committee and serves as a National Mentor for the Emerging Leader Program. She also serves on the National Academy of Science’s Transportation Research Board - Transit Committee. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Community Planning from Northern Vermont University and a master’s degree in Applied Economics and Public Policy from the University of Wyoming. Erika is active in her local business leadership alliance and Big Brothers/Big Sisters.
